"We had an exceptional time staying at Lagos Villa in Bali. A very clean, aesthetic villa that is well managed. Our host, Windy, was incredibly attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Windy was great to communicate with before and during our stay. "Property is showing pictures of another unit. When we got there it turns out the unit we got was half the size and most pictures did not match description. House smelled of moisture and sewage. Patio has no privacy and upstairs bedroom is tiny. Property is run down and not properly maintained. We had to book another hotel as this property was not up to standards. I do NOT recommend staying here."

"The Bingin Sebelas is a small and very cozy complex with modern design. The place felt very new and everything was in top condition. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay, arranged for laundry service and a motorbike for me to rent during my stay.
