"Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again."

"The property is quiet. The room is large and comfortable. We enjoyed the sports ground and facilities. The food tastes nice. The location is great, 10 mins to the beach. To improve, the swimming pool is cold in October. If there's a heated swimming pool, children will be more enjoyed to stay and we will definitely come back. "Me and my family stayed for 3 nights ar Real Marine Residence. The two bedroom flat was excellent. We had a everting what we need for our stay. The only things that we could not take advantage was the roof top swiming pool due to the weather. The staff were very kind and helpfull. We paid for breakfast for duration of our stay and we was given one day free breakfast. We really enjoy our stay and will recomended this hotel to our freinds "

"The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing. Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back. Romantic getaway for two!

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this 5-star resort! It is the type of place I look forward to returning to. Super safe and peaceful property with trustworthy employees. The staff really go out of their way to be kind and we felt each of them did an excellent job! The hotel room had a thoughtful design with plenty of space for two. I enjoyed that the toilet was in a different room than the shower. As we were there a week, I also found the large closet system well designed. I couldn't wait to open up the large window door each morning to allow the fresh warm sea breeze air inside! My favorite part of each day was the (included) breakfast buffet. It was really the highlight to starting the day off right. Plus we found no rush in waking up early, as it's open until 11am! What a treat! We also enjoyed slowly walking around the property and taking in all of the trees and birds. The large lake is also fully stocked with different types of friendly fish to watch. There were four different pools (one being adult only). An indoor spa with a Turkish bath, Roman bath, salt water Jacuzzi, and a Sauna. I was able to book in for a hair trim and blowdry, and both my husband and I got facials too. The actual beach is just a short walk around the lake on property, over a bridge outside, and you're there! Very convenient. And a quieter stretch of beach opposed to the main strips. Although this was a relaxing time away for us, we still had to work. Excellent wifi & desk. :)"

"Epic Sana is a stunning hotel. Starting from the lobby right through to hotels grounds was all beautiful. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room faced the ocean view and was set up beautifully. They made it extra special as it was our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was incredibly good and lots of food. This hotel is worth every penny spent. I can’t wait to return! "

"Had an excellent stay at PortoBay Falésia. The staff were wonderful, the food was great so was our room/ view. The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."
