This sundrenched renovated beach cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleep 7 and is CAC and generator-ready. It features an eat-in kitchen and a living room with access to the sun porch. It also has a pull-down attic, a basement with a shower, and additional laundry. There is also a private backyard where you can have outdoor dining. The maintenance-free exteriors offer you peace of mind to enjoy the beach!

Surrounded by the best North Fork beaches, renowned restaurants, farm stands, marinas, boating, award-winning vineyards, and great shopping. This is the only home that has a 2-car garage in the Peconic Shores! Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards, to fully immerse in the beach experience.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
