Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. "The accommodation was in a beautiful tranquil setting. We really felt that we had a relaxing break in Celerico de Basto. Lovely pool and even a little lake to row a boat on much to the delight of the children. The kitchen was a slightly strange set up but we soon got used to cooking on the BBQ . "The property was well located with easy and good access to Aramante the Douro valley and Porto. The garden and house are secluded and the surrounding area of vineyards was very quiet and peaceful. The house was really well equipped and very nice with lots of hot water and towels for the pool. We enjoyed walking around the area and into Aramante along the new footpath next to the river. We had a really relaxing stay and would throughly recommend the house to people. "

The things we did not like, though, were that the gym in the basement was very warm, and also the outdoor pool was not open, even though it was quite hot out. The breakfast was nice.
