"If you book here expect correspondence from Atom Heart Bacalar. We did not know this and thought the message in What’s App was phishing so we ignored it. Once we got that straightened out, things were easier. It is very remote, bring everything you need for food and drink with you. Bacalar stores are about 1/2 hour drive. "This place was very charming and fully equipped. The host is on their A-game making sure that they have thought of everything. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were quite soft. I really appreciated that there were instructions for all of the appliances. "Overall everything was great, the owners were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and amazing view from the lake. The only thing is that it's kind it far from the Centro is better if you have a car will be easier to move to places."

"We LOVED every moment of our stay! It was like a living dream! From the beauty of the villa, property and lagoon! To the amazing chef and his team! To the house owner and manager.....we felt very well taken care of! Our guests for our retreat were over-the-moon happy! We will definitely be back! "The property was very nice and pool was excellent. Each unit has a nice patio with table and outdoor seating overlooking the pool . They also have two Weber BBQs with a children play area. Very family friendly. The only complaints are about the signage on the hwy and the access road is more like a jeep trail. I would not recommend taking a car with a low suspension."
