"Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück, toll für Hunde, da es von der Hecke ganz eingeschlossen ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat nicht gefehlt. Wir würden vor den Fenster und Türen allerdings Mückenschutzgitter empfehlen."

There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. "We really enjoyed our stay in the very spacious house. The furnishings are very tasteful and cozy, the beds very comfortable. The communication with the very nice owners was excellent. We would have to come back in summer, the pool and the terrace look very attractive. For fans of large cooking sessions with more than 4 people, the cooking utensils may not be sufficient, but for us everything we needed was there."

"This quiet back-water close to the town of Makkum makes an ideal base for chilling out and communing with nature. For the bird-lover the area teems with wildfowl. We heard a Bittern. We used the spacious accommodation as a base for cycling and were not disappointed. The hosts were kind and considerate. Home-produce was available from this small-holding."

"Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. "Das Haus hat für uns sehr gut gepasst: 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern haben bequem Platz gefunden. Richtig gut ist die Anzahl an Duschen und (Extra-)Toiletten. Bei der Anreise fanden wir die Küche bzw. die Schubladen der Kpche nicht so sauber vor, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten und auch sonst gab es die ein oder andere Ecke, in der der länger nicht mehr der Staub entfernt wurde- daher hier ein Stern Abzug.
