Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"The facial recognition system needed to get into the place and operate the lift did not work and according to google reviews, often does not work. This meant I had to find staff anytime I wanted to go in and up to our room."

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. "All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
