"Pelican Lake Motel was fantastic. The outside look is deceiving. Yes, it's an old building. I loved it as soon as I saw it. The room was splendid. Everything inside is brand new. "We had an excellent time at this cottage. Lake was clean with sandy bottom and shallow enough for kids (littles 2 & 5) to swim and play. Zebra mussels were plentiful so water shoes are a good idea as shells can cut feet. Cottage was spacious and beds were comfortable. A few more lamps would be nice for nighttime ambiance lighting. "This is our second time at this wonderful, fully equipped house on beautiful Lake Lucerne. We swam, kayaked, played cards, etc.… all the Northwoods vacation favorites. We rated this one of our best family vacations ever. One grandson said “I can’t wait to come back next year” as we were leaving! The house is well laid out, it was spotless when we arrived. Working with Steve was super easy. We will look to stay there again and again. "
