This was an excellent choice for our family! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we felt welcomed and at home! We loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel! The accommodations and grounds are gorgeous and clean! The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly and happy to assist! The area is convenient and very walkable! My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms. Room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The property gardens are beautiful, it was so peaceful to sit outside and relax, reading or just sitting on a swing. Stop and smell the roses, delightful. Access to Hamilton and ferry/bus terminals is an easy 10-12 minute walk (on sidewalks!) Public transportation got us most anywhere in Bermuda. We made friends at both the included breakfast and daily wine/beer happy hour.
