By far, the excellent service from everyone really stood out! Also, very central location - close to just about everything. Bus stop right out front. Mattresses a little hard but once I mentioned it they added a mattress topper that made it perfect. Very quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Lovely rooftop bar/pool is a very hip scene.

Refurbishments were being done around the pool area but it was not in any way an inconvenience as our trip was during the winter/Christmas break. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
