The Space:
Arrive at the property to find an exterior filled with character and the benefit of off-street parking. Step inside, and you'll instantly feel right at home. Forget the glitz and glamour—this shack-inspired home is all about providing that homely warmth feeling.

The light-filled, open living-dining-kitchen space welcomes you. The living room offers a relaxed atmosphere featuring comfy seating, a toasty fireplace, TV and endless entertainment opportunities. The dining space features a 6-seater dining suite, the perfect spot to enjoy home-cooked meals with loved ones. The kitchen, well, it has everything you may require! Modern appliances, cookware, essentials and plenty of bench and storage space.

Within the home, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two featuring plush queen beds, the third a dual-single bunk bed with plenty of thoughtful touches for the little ones.

The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and, best of all, a luxurious bathtub where you can sit and soak the day away! A separate laundry is found, with a washing machine and washbasin for your convenience.

Step outside, and you'll be treated to an entertainer's paradise! Dine in the fresh air, whip up a tasty BBQ, let the little ones run wild in the backyard, or simply relax in the undercover patio.
