"Our hotel room was superb, location from hotel has beautiful views of the beach. The pool and pool bar is great to buy drinks. Nice beach club vibe, very chill music and a place to relax and recuperate. We did not really like the menu, found it limiting. You need some type of transport to get around anywhere, such as shops. Short access to nearby restaurants/shops is off track and involves some climbing. Fair amount of fitness required."

"Lovely resort with absolutely everything you could ask for. The family room was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids). The kids room has two double beds plus a ‘day bed’ which they made up for the 3rd child. This is brilliant because unlike many hotels, you don’t have a roll-away taking up floor space. Facilities are brilliant, food excellent and best of all was the breakfast buffet. One of my children is has coeliac disease and requires a strict gluten free diet. Not only did the buffet have a full gluten free area but the staff were aware and checked in with us every morning. The service was just outstanding. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are super polite, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are generously sized and very clean, and the pools are quite large with crystal-clear water. The whole resort area is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Drinking water is provided daily, and breakfast is superb, with a huge selection of food, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The RIN restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food. Suku offers Indonesian cuisine but also provides some Western food options - ok option for lunch or dinner but more on the pricey side. There are many other great restaurants located just 10-15 minutes from the resort. The Kids Club is enjoyable although adding a kids' pool play area with a waterslide and other entertainment features would further enhance the experience for families. We had an evening return flight and the reception team kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out at 2 pm. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for a relaxing vacation, and I am definitely coming back to Conrad Bali!"
