"Lovely place to stay"

"This resort is truly exceptional! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a refreshing cold drink and a cooling wet towel—such a thoughtful touch. The staff are incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The level of cleanliness is unmatched; from the rooms to the common areas, there is constant attention to detail, making sure everything is spotless at all times. Every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel pampered and well cared for, including the kids! We stayed in a Regency Club room, and it was worth every cent. The food options were abundant, and what truly stood out was the attention to my son’s dietary needs—being Coeliac, he was personally approached each day by the staff to ensure his meals were prepared separately and safely. This thoughtful and proactive service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without worrying about his food restrictions. We will return to this resort the next time we are in Bali, we loved everything about it. "

"The resort is beautiful and the dining options here are fantastic. Our room was a great size and the bed very comfortable and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The spa Services are exceptional and we would highly recommend getting a facial or massage here. We would definitely stay here again. The pools are lovely and the area is very relaxing."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, the suite with one bedroom and separate lounge area was perfect for our family - spacious with beautiful furnishings. The large terrace was great.the grounds and pools were immaculately maintained. The attention to detail from the staff was fantastic, they were attentive, polite and caring. Food at restaurants we dined at within the hotel was quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return again! "

"The service and the quality was exceptional. I could not fault anything. The surrounds, the pool, the choice of food, the attention to detail was 10/10. Only very, very minor observaion is that the kids club could do with a deeper clean. Otherwise, the stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was superb."
