"En estancias de fin de semana, es muy estresante abandonar el apartamento antes de las 10. Si el sábado por la noche as sido, es un palo. Lo normal sería a las 12. "

"The apartment is a little tired and needs an update. Very difficult to find even though the location was pinned for us. I feel that it would be better if the host took you there and showed you how everything works. We couldn’t get the heating to work and couldn’t contact the host. We left early."

"L’appartement était extrêmement sale, vieillot, manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisson, j’ai du allé en acheter, salle de bain sale et sans vmc, toilette cassé, portes rongées par l’humidité, porte fenêtre séjour qui ne se ferme pas, séjour très vétuste et odeur d’excréments dans tout l’appartement suite aux problèmes de canalisation de la résidence. En revanche apparemment très bien situé!! Dommage!! Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement."

La descripción del apartamento se ajusta a la realidad, vistas al mar y a la montaña y la terraza grande espectacular. La urbanización es muy tranquila y no hemos pasado nada de calor. La piscina muy bien, entorno limpio y bien cuidado, sin aglomeraciones de gente. Necesitas coche para ir a Peñíscola, aunque hay parada de bus en la entrada de la urbanización. La comunicación con Jean-Pierre muy bien, aunque...

"Rien à reprocher à cet appartement, il y a une terrasse exceptionnelle ! une vue sur la mer fabuleuse ! Commerce, pharmacie, beaucoup de restaurants sont proches, un arrêt de car juste à coté, bref pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Vraiment nous avons passé des vacances idylliques ! Asmaa nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et répond à toutes vos questions, rien ne manque dans l'appartement, c'est une perle cette location ! Mais chut, il ne faut pas le dire pour y revenir ! merci...

"Stayed here in January. Great for walks on the beach with our dog. Not much open in immediate area but a short drive into Peniscola there were lovely restaurants open. The apartment was clean, good size balcony and good parking. In summer there will be loads of stuff open and probably too busy. No sharp knife. No kettle (normal for Europe). For what we paid for a week a really good find."
