Large Luxury Villa 800m from the Beach, Air Conditioning, Garage and Wifi

Air conditioning Villa situated in a quiet area at the foot of Atalayas Peniscola with quick access to the beach and the town 800 m. 3 bedrooms (one of which is en suite), two with two single beds the third has a double bed in the living room .. sofa bed for 2, There are 3 bathrooms one with a bathtub with shower and a WC. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining room 2 large terraces overlooking the mountains and pool. The community of 8 villas has a pool and the house has a beautiful garden, barbecue and private parking and secure garage located under the villa for two cars. Free WIFI, French channels, English, Spanish.

Falta de mantenimiento en la casa y en el jardin

La casa no estaba lo suficientemente limpia , cocina y armarios grasientos. Lavabos con manchas .. en general falta de limpieza.

Très bonnes vacances au calme

Villa très calme à 800 mètres seulement de la plage et du magasin Consum. 500 mètres de côte pour remonter à la villa, ce qui se fait très bien quand on est sportif. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant loin du bruit de la ville. La villa était parfaite pour notre famille de 5 personnes et la clim fût très appréciée les jours de fortes chaleurs. Au pied de la Siera Irta, nous avons pu randonner à pied ou en VTT. Le garage est un vrai plus pour laisser la voiture et les vélos à l’abris. La piscine est très bien aussi. Bref, nous n’avons qu’une hâte : y revenir l’été prochain !

Bonita casa,zona tranquila,falta tenerla mejor atendida.

Estuvimos en semana santa,la casa esta bien,la zona es muy tranquila,bien para pasar unos dias.Lo peor es que la casa esta un poco descuidada:no habia toallas de manos(cuando las pedimos nos las trajeron enseguida,pero creo que no tenia que ser necesario pedirlas),el lavavajillas no funcionaba,las sabanas estaban muy viejas,la puerta baja de acceso al garaje estaba desencajada,etc.Es una pena porque por lo demas estaba bastante bien.Creo que cuando se alquila una casa hay que mantenerla en buenas condiciones.

Pas propre ! Literie de mauvaise qualité

La villa est sympa , à 800m des plages mais sur une colline donc très dur la remontée vers la villa . La villa était sale , il nous a fallut relaver tout les draps(tâches de sang , tâches de gras ) et les serviettes la literie est de mauvaise qualité , bref endroit sympa dans l'ensemble mais mal entretenu pour le prix demandé sachant que la villa voisine était 350€ moins chère et très propre et aménagée avec soins .
