"Nice property close to the beach, kitchen fully equipped with plenty of extras. Don’t be put off that the owner doesn’t speak English we mange to communicate despite my French being limited. Nice coastal paths for those walkers out there."

"The location of this property is perfect. Beach a few minutes walk away, a bakery and supermarket just down the road. Host Aaron was so friendly and helpful. Kitchen is so well equipped. I’ve never seen a kitchen so well equipped. Negatives are that the property needs updating. Although it was very clean there is a slightly damp smell. We used scented candles to help. The garden is not secure for dogs. Other than that we were very happy with our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay, the location couldn't have been better. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. This isn't made clear in the advert. In the end this was a minor issue and we would happily stay here again."

"Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem sehr gepflegten kleinen Haus in toller Lage. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die sehr weiche Matratze und die etwas spärliche Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien Ansonsten ist dieses Haus für zwei Erwachsene auch mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Schön war auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten, der sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück super bewegen konnte."

"My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery...

"La maison de Nicolas est tout à fait fidèle à l’annonce. La situation est exceptionnelle et permet de profiter facilement de tous les attraits du coin : Loctudy (et y prendre le bateau jusqu’aux Glenans), Lesconil (pour les crêpes de la boulangerie et l’apéro sur le port), Guilvinec pour la visite de la criée et de la cité de la pêche. La maison est très mignonne et confortable. La vie est époustouflante. Les échanges avec Nicolas étaient très sympas! Nous gardons l’adresse précieusement "
