Entrée inacessible aux véhicules en raison d'un portail mail posé. Dès l'arrivée le défaut d'entretien était évident. Allée pleine de mauvaises herbes, pelouse non tondue, Fleurs fanées non coupées partout. Dalles noires de saleté aux abords de la piscine. (mais eau de piscine propre). Transats sales et/ou cassés. Aire de stockage du matiériel de jardin et de piscine sale et en grand désordre. A l'intérieur : Murs abîmés, plusieurs portes avec des poignées rafistolées Vitres sales, joints de carrelage noirs dans la douche. Seuls points positifs la bonne literie et la cuisine récente.
