This quaint, charming cottage is perfect for holiday makers looking for an authentic, Cornish getaway with the addition of modern comforts and being by the Cornish coast. The open plan ground floor allows for a bright and airy feel, while the warming wood-burner and stylish soft furnishings of the lounge offer a cosy, homely feel where you can enjoy the work of local artists, or simply snuggle up with a good film on the UHD Smart television.

The kitchen and breakfast bar is well equipped with all your culinary needs including an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The spacious dining area welcomes the sun with your morning coffee and looks out onto the large tiered garden featuring an outdoor bistro set, seating area and thriving Cornish wildlife. The owner has also conveniently provided an outdoor shower, perfect for those fresh from the beach or walkers with muddy paws or boots.

Upstairs, the two comfortable bedrooms offer neutral, calming decor and luxury linens, perfect for a romantic retreat or couples getaway. The master bedroom at the front of the cottage features a restful king-size bed with allergen free bedding and a large built-in wardrobe. The snug second bedroom features a small-double bed and wardrobe, and overlooks the serene cottage garden. The modern and compact bathroom, also on this floor, makes use of the space perfectly with a heated towel rail, large bath and hot shower.

Only a short walk to the gorgeous Perranuthunoe beach, cafés and gallery, this hidden gem has all the creature comforts you need for relaxing sea-side getaway.

Access on the first instance is via the back garden, adjacent to the car parking space

Due to the character of this Cornish cottage, the stairs can be steep so please take care when using

With bath tub, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

With double bed, wardrobe and views over the garden.

Outside:
With enclosed tiered garden and outdoor furniture.
Please note: due to the steep steps in the garden, children must be supervised at all times and must not be left unsupervised at any point.
Parking for one car in allocated space. Please be aware that the driveway is a tight turn and quite narrow, although it is possible to fit the size of a camper van.
There is additional road parking to the front of the cottage on a first come, first serve basis.

A travel cot and highchair is not provided at Copper Bal Cottage, if this is required, we kindly ask that you bring these with you.
