"I love this style of motel. The rooms are nicely decorated and a good size. The room comes with a decent-sized mini fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee machine with coffee, a table and chair, and an accent chair. The walls were clean and the flooring is vinyl. Lots of pillows! Great room rate. The mattresses were very squishy, almost like they might be old or worn out. A little more attention to cleaning hairs from the bathroom would also be nice, and the bathroom could use some minor cosmetic repairs. The location is good. Just a couple miles or less to Miami U. The incense shops down the street is nice. Walmart is jsut a bit further than that. You can hear your neighbors having normal conversations in the next room, which is pretty typical for this style and age of motel. There’s also a fair amount of foot and car noise since you pull right up outside the door. People should remember to be considerate of their neighbors. The room has a heater/AC combo unit. When we used the heat, the air smelled damp and unpleasant, like a filter might need to be cleaned or replaced. Or the unit just serviced. Its a fixable smell with routine maintenance. The guy checking me in was nice. His accent was a bit thick, but he was very helpful and even gave us a couple of waters. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Pool and hot tub was the main reason I was booking this particular hotel. And of course it was not working when I got there and wouldn’t be until after I left. Breakfast on Friday was great. Saturday and Sunday were meh. Staff the first night was awesome and very helpful/personable. The remaining days were also meh. Hotel was clean but hallway on the fourth floor had a stink. I would have complained the day of if it had permeated into my room but it did not thankfully. First room I was in the shower head did not work. Luckily I got moved immediately. But I had traveled a long distance and hoped to relax in a hot tub, then couldn’t, then went upstairs for a hot shower. Then couldn’t. Frustrating but not the end of the world. Overall, l felt like I overpaid considering what I got. "

"We have stayed here several times and really like the Hotel. It is right in the center of the downtown and very convenient for all activities. High recommendation !"

"ELEVATOR WAS NOT RUNNING. ROOM WAS OK BUT NOT VERY CLEAN."

"I'm not one to complain but I chose this place for the amenities and everything was closed. Looked like they tried to update the room and it was done horribly. Dead ants in the bathtub. Pieces of wood from falling off. Light switches did not work. TVs are way out of date. They had led strips but only 1 out of 3 worked. Silly string on the walls that was missed during previous cleanup. Tape all over the walls from I'm assuming a previous birthday party. I wouldn't go back and I'm passive and look for the good in all things. Oh and cigarette burns in the comforter. I mean come on. Let's not forget the curly watch spring hairs stuck in the towel. Shower curtain rod was barely in the wall. It was a mess. Good luck. "
