"My family meets for a reunion every few years. We are 10 adults and 10 children. Out of all the houses we have rented, this one was the best. "The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. We even found a bag from previous guests). The room was an OK size, but the heater did not work well either. We even switched to cold air, but the temperature was the same. The pool is pretty old, smells bad (too much chlorine), and makes you feel odd. Not good for relaxing. I would qualify it as a 2 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. No way this is a 4 stars hotel. And for sure, I am not coming back."
