Only problem was hot water ran out quickly, out of 5 people only 1 person was able to take a shower with hot water. My daughter had to sit inside the shower while waiting for the hot water. The water was dripping from the ceiling while my husband was sitting on the toilet. "

"Very simple, convenient stay in a property booked for easy access to Atocha train station. 15 minute walk up one road to the station - couldn't be more direct. Very little interaction with staff but what I did have was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe would be a complete lack of anywhere to put anything on...no desk, no chest of drawers. Not a big thing and I know it's 'no-frills' so not a huge issue."

"Hotel was awesome and had zero complaints, the rooms were urban style and very modern, If I had to complain about anything its the location on hotels.com . It says its close to airport which if you are at T1 / T2 its fine but its a fair drive from T4 which is fine as they have a Shuttle transport (Third party) 5€ each way per pax and is reliable, I would 100% stay again"
