"Great customer service! The hotel room was modern and comfortable. Loved the 24/7 free lobby snack bar (cookies, croissants, wine, coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks, etc.) The mini bar in your room is also free. In addition, they have a free brunch buffet and dinner buffet ( it’s Hors d'Oeuvres, but still nice). The rooms have heated towel racks and a bidet. The overall experience was nice."

"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."

"This hotel has a good location. It is several blocks from the Milan central station. Across the street is a mini supermarket where you can buy water or drinks. Walk two blocks to the metro station. The hotel is old-world charming. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is great. I will stay here again if I come back to Milan next time."
