Be prepared to buy everything. Toilet paper, soap, everything. Cleaning fees are extra. Mattress hard like a rock. Close to amenities. Good parking area and shopping center meets basic needs.

The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say good morning and nothing else. It took several minutes to simply ask for toilet paper.. We had to present the roll from the bathroom to arrive at an understanding of the issue.

It was a nice spacious apartment my two complains were the elevator, since its part of the mall it takes long! Its always busy also the noise from the cars will not let you sleep (the mattress was hard)

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, ofrece accesibilidad a comercio, restaurantes y locales comerciales. Todo es nuevo y esta en muy buenas condiciones. El apartamento cumple las expectativas, considero que falta mejorar algunos aspectos como limpieza diaria, nunca tuvimos servicio en los días de estadía, falta completar el menaje para el numero de ocupantes del apartamento así como toallas y papel higiénico

He venido 2 veces, una me fue muy bien con la habitación hacia el lado interior. La segunda vez me toco la habitación del lado de la via, no pude dormir, el ruido es terrible, el agua caliente tampoco funciono.

Una de las cosas el por qué voy a dar me opinión es para que le expliquen a los próximos Huéspedes que traten de reservar en ese lugar,, no tienen a nadie que ayude con las maletas , no hay una buena señalización para llegar al lobby , el servicio de habitación totalmente malo , el ambiente del lugar muy pésimo , practicante la energía de el lugar es muy incómoda …

Excelente lugar para una estadia larga

Muy buena ubicación si requiere la zona de Cerritos. Acceso fácil al parqueadero, al supermercado y demás locales del centro comercial. Apartamentos cómodos, modernos y muy bien dotados. El único inconveniente es que, al estar al lado de la autopista, se siente mucho el ruido de los vehículos y en ocasiones incomoda. Espacio para descansar y trabajar en el apartamento. Repetiré cada que vaya a esta zona.
