Beautiful, well-maintained, Finca style country house.

Perfect for large family reunions.

Three Rooms available, for up to 20 people.

Parking 10 cars.

Family reunions, private events, birthdays, graduations, etc.

Large pool, sunbeds and pool cabaña.

Bar area with Bluetooth sound speaker.

Pool table and other bar games.

Sofas, stools, chairs, sunbeds and hammocks throughout the property.

Immaculate gardens and many fruit trees.

Close to Pereira, 11km (7 miles) south from Pereira airport. 15 min car/taxi.

Property accessible by car. Partly surfaced, good condition. Also bus route from Pereira to property entrance (El Retiro) Orange Megabus number 35.

Convenience stores either side of property within a 1 min and 5 min walk respectively.

Local police station in village, 3 min walk from property.

Intruder alarms, and 24 hour camera security serveillance at perimeter. No cameras in private areas.

Easy access to all routes in coffee region.

Private driving service available on request.

Catering available on request.

The main house is occupied by our housekeeper and gardener. This consists of a lounge dining room, kitchen and bedroom. This area is private, and whilst can be used to walk through during the day when the doors are open, it is not included in the rental agreement.
