"What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. "Lovely little house a couple of minutes walk from the old town and a supermarket just round the corner. The outside space was private and great for al fresco eating. The house was well equipped, Check in was easy via a key box. Josip was helpful and easy to communicate with. Sibenik is a delightful place to spend a few days. Highly recommended "

"We had a wonderful stay in Katarina appartement. She is really nice and gave us very good ideas to spend our time. She was always very respectful of our privacy but also very happy to help for any kind of matters. The appartement is very nice decorated and there is all the necessary confort. She even leave us at our disposal all the small things to be able to make some dish preparation like oil, vinager, salt, coffee and so on. We recommend this place very much and we will surely come back 🙂"

"The stay was perfect! The house and garden was so beautiful, we loved every minute of our stay. The view is great and everywhere around the house you can sit (in the shade) we also loved the big kitchen and the bbq outside near the pool. The pool is perfect and we watched the stars every night. the house is close by all beautiful beaches (by car) and a little shop and restaurant & cafe is available walking distance. We would love to go back once! "

"A really great property that we would definitely stay in again. The booking started fine but then went via Novasol but this was easy to deal with. The hosts were great and responsive and a minor niggle at the start was responded to and dealt with quickly. I had seen on another site that not all bedrooms have aircon but this is wrong and all the rooms have aircon. Good off street parking in a garge for keeping the car cool too was a great addition. "We stayed here in July 2025 and had an amazing time. The house was nicer than I expected from the photos and description and is in a really quiet and private area. It is 50m from the sea and has it's own area on a quiet rocky beach where you can sunbathe and swim. The property is 3 flats and our group was 8 people, but you could fit 11 without any issues.
