"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

" Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"This a a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable in all areas, plenty of outside furniture around the pool. It's quite a climb up from the town (conversely an easy downhill walk into town which takes 10 mins). The upper terrace offers a wonderful view of the whole bay, the beach is an easy bus ride away or a slightly longer walk. We felt the handover was a bit rushed though, however communication with the owner was, on the whole, good."

Great communication with the owner & Property Manager within walking distance to a number of restaurants, local shop very close to the property driving distance to the boulangerie . Only criticism is bathrooms need updating but not a huge problem. Hopefully visit again next year ."

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "The checkin was ok but since I was 1.5h early I could not enter the room and storing my luggage was 4eur so they told me I could have lunch in the meantime. So I did but after ordering they told me I should move to another area because there was an event starting. So I did and then a big group of people did check in so o asked and they checked me in. If they had a chaotic afternoon they could have checked me earlier. The elevator wasn't working well and was being repaired. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is very nicely designed, a hybrid between hostel and hotel. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was clean but didn't offer small towels. You can manage with the big ones. No hair dryer or iron, but it's a budget hotel so it's ok. It's close to the station. Staff was nice. Did not charge me with leaving my luggage after the checkout. I would come back!"

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
