Staff went out of way to make sure we were looked after and in arranging taxi and breakfast box when they found we had an early flight. Very comfortable beds and pool area. "As frequent travellers, this is one of only two hotels that myself and my partner would definitely return to, as it was so impressive and relaxing. We stayed in the spacious Preferred Club bungalow, with a great sea view and surrounded by cared-for, quiet gardens. There were always different variations, especially in the evening. The quality of the bar was also a 10/10. It's located right by the sea, which is just fantastic. "Costa Botanica is a great hotel - it has good communal areas, bars and the choice of restaurants is really good. There are numerous pools and a private beach, so it feels like there is so much space, it’s never too crowded. The staff are also amazing, they never stop and really prioritise service. Where the hotel is let down is the rooms, they feel dated, damp and dark and really need an update. Hopefully the rooms get a makeover soon to really make this a 5 star resort! "

"What is not to love about this hotel! As you walk in, it has a very grand entrance where you can see the breathtaking views of the water. The food selection is outstanding. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Truly a 5 star hotel with all its amenities including underground parking and we know parking is a premium if you are staying close to the city proper.
