Great place to stay, a bit pricey and the check it time is very late at 1700. The apartment was very nice and well equipped and the staff very friendly and helpful

Great stay Visited for the rugby State Brutus is just a short walk away. Only disappointment the local bus stops at 9 30pm so walk into central Perpignan is 2km Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast in the courtyard was a great experience

After you can find ypur way in it is very pleasant indeed. They have a ni.ber of drinks options in the room. Typically French and the young staff on reception were outstandingly pleasant and helpeful, once you find the door and so on.

L'ensemble est propre , mais lorsque j'ai signalé que la TV avait uniquement le son et pas d'image : il est venu voir : sans pouvoir résoudre le problème , j'ai alors demandé à changer de chambre : on m'a répondu que c'était complet : ce qui n'avait pas l'air d'être le cas. Ampoule au dessus du bureau était HS : obligé de travailler sur l'ordinateur à contre jour et cerise sur le gateau : pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.

Merveilleux accueil, appartement très propre, bien équipé, suffisamment spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, cuisine équipée complète pour ce genre d'établissement, petit plateaux de courtoisie bien agréable. Parking fermé gratuit. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet apart'hotel plein de charme sans vis à vis et avec une grande terrasse. Encore un grand merci à la personne présente durant le week-end du 07 au 08 juin pour son accueil et son coté très professionnel. Tout le personnel croisé a toujours été très sympathique et prévenant. Un grand bravo à l'équipe Le seul bémol à apporter c'est l’accessibilité des 2 appartements (Cémoi et Cap d'Ona) au dernier étage qui doivent être réservés par des personnes en bonne forme et sans gros bagages car le dernier escalier en colimaçon est extrêmement étroit et raide. Ceci s'explique par les contraintes d'un bâtiment ancien très bien rénové et ayant conservé tout son charme. Certains trouveront la literie un peu molle mais pour nous c’était parfait et on a très bien dormi dans un grand silence et une chambre parfaitement sombre. Avant votre arrivée l’hôtel vous envoie tous les codes d'accès pour le parking et les bâtiments d'hébergements, aucune difficulté de trouver une place de parking sûre pour faire son check-in. Bref pour nous une expérience à renouveler.

Hôtel bien propreté bien par contre les services proposés dans la chambre sur la présentation n’est absolument pas dans la chambre donc publicité mensongère. Je conseille pas du tout .
