The Bungalow on Boggy Bay

The Bungalow at Boggy Bay is the place to be in Keaton Beach! You will have beautiful views overlooking the Bay to watch the sunset, or the boats or maybe catch glimpses of wildlife in their natural habitat when the tide comes in and fills the marsh under the deck with small fish and a few blue crabs! The Keaton Beach Bum store is located just around the corner; it’s close enough for an afternoon walk for ice cream! The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and a set of bunk beds in the living room so we sleep 6 comfortably. There are three full bathrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs, outside on the bottom deck for easy cleanup after a fun day on the water! Come visit, bring the family, enjoy the breeze and everything that our little bungalow has to offer!

Serene stay with gorgeous Marsh View
Such as sweet place to stay while we scalloped! The outdoor shower is stellar as is the view! Efficient use of space and adorable aesthetic. Responsive owners too!

Relaxing Scalloping Weekend
The house was so comfortable with beautiful view of the water. It was the perfect size for 4 people. The downstairs deck is where we spent a lot of time sitting and relaxing. Sitting in the hot tub at night. There is an amazing fire pit area that we wanted to take advantage of but it was a little too warm during our stay. We really enjoyed bringing our dog Zeus on this trip and not having to leave him home since he is getting older. We were able to launch our motorized kayaks right by the house to head out to where we went scalloping. The neighbors were so friendly and informed us to watch the tidal flow or we may not be able to get back into the canal for a while with the kayaks. Beach Bums is a convenience store close by that has a variety of things in case you forgot anything. They have a great frozen coffee that is delicious! We will definitely stay there again.

This is a great place. The view from the porches is amazing. There was a nice breeze coming off of the water the whole time. Great host. Answered any questions immediately. Comfortable house. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend away in this charming bungalow! The hot tub and porch were a perfect spot to watch the waters and enjoy the rainy afternoon! The views from the house were amazing!!

Good location even greater sunsets
Without any doubt, the deck was the standout feature of this bungalow. Grilling chicken while watching spectacular sunsets and the deck was definitely pet friendly; very pleased. Everything worked and the beds were comfy. I was hoping that the convenience store was helpful but the only decent shopping was in Steinhatchee. They did have pretty good fried chicken. Overall we had a great week there and we would recommend it. P.S. just as a note: the bungalow bathrooms and showers were on the smaller side so taller bigger folks beware...I'm 5'7'' and fit well.😃
