We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

"We loved it! Had my bachelorette party on the island and the house was perfect for that. Great location if you’re looking to walk to all the bars and things. The house itself was so nice! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Check in and out was very easy. You can tell they have put a lot of work into this property and it looks great. "Great place for our group. 12 attended and we definitely had room for the max 16. We did have cell coverage issues to access the app for check-in but after a brief phone call to the office they helped us in. We needed more kitchen pans and casseroles but made due with what we could find. Rental company also very informative about ferries, golf carts and our contract during the Helene weather event. Thanks to all the staff! We will recommend and hopefully return in the future!"

"Island Club house 95 was spacious, but like other reviews pointed out, it did smell funny. They had a lot of air fresheners to cover it up but that didn’t necessarily help. We could stay there just fine, but if you’re sensitive to smell you might be unhappy here. Dryer wasn’t connected which we realized after starting it. Took two calls to get them to come fix it. Nice relatively quiet location. Pool was chilly but fun. Golf cart broke but they replaced it right away with no issues . No grill...
