"We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was presented in a neat & clean condition. They accommodated our request for a late check-in. We had a minor hiccup on the first night when the bathroom door got locked from the inside & couldn't be opened. Lisa took care of it the next morning. Room service was completed at request.
