Awesome Scarborough Beach House

This beach house is just a stones throw from Scarborough's iconic beach (200 metres). It is light, open, breezy and fully equipped for a family of 6, or 6 adults.

It is situated an easy one minute walk down to Scarborough, where you can find pristine beaches, restaurants, bars and amazing sunsets

This house has three off street parking bays, including a garage, wi-fi, and a full kitchen with everything you need!! It is close to major shopping malls (Innaloo & Karrinyup) and offers easy access to the freeway. It is children friendly and offers a secure rear courtyard.

This Beach House is an entertainer’s paradise with plenty of options; rear courtyard to enjoy the morning sun to read the paper, the large kitchen; or the lounge room for all day sun & evening sunsets. The rear outdoor area has a 3 Burner Gas BBQ and large outdoor setting.

There is a split system air-conditioning unit in the living area and the Master Bedroom and Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have pedestal fans if required.

We provide clean sheets, quilt covers and towels for you to use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap are also supplied. There is a washing machine and dryer with complimentary washing powder. The large kitchen is for you to use with tea, instant coffee and an array of cooking supplies.

It is a two storey property with approximately 12 stairs leading from the ground to second level - a child safety gate is available for use if required.

Not very clean, pillows were sweat stained. Didn’t realise the front property had burnt down and was quite an eyesore. Disappointed to be honest. Certainly not worth the cost.

Scarborough Beach Birthday Getaway
On arrival our first thought was the busy road might be an issue. However, once inside the house we didnt notice traffic noise at all. Sitting on the rear patio was also a pleasant experience. We found the house clean, neat, tidy and equipped with all the comforts of home. We really didnt need to bring anything besides ourselves and food. This was the most well equipped accommodation we have ever rented. The master bed was very comfortable and in this room we marvelled at the peace and quiet We enjoyed. This space was just about perfect for our two day stay. It is a two storey with the kitchen and entertaining space upstairs as well as some stairs to navigate to access the rear patio area. The rear area can be accessed via the garage or a side gate if needed though. Overall we were very happy with this stay and would visit here again. 😊

Fantastic Location. Fabulous Parking. Comfortable Home. Janeen was incredibly efficient and timely in responding to any communications. The Master Bedroom does NOT have a King Size bed-as it appears in the property description. Future renters need to be aware that there is NO bathroom door from the Master bedroom to the Ensuite! Not very conducive to any privacy!

Janeen was a great host. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Although the town house is showing a little wear, it was very comfortable and is in a good position and close to the beach and shops. There was plenty of parking for cars. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Janeen
