The 2bed/1bath apartment was full of dozens of huge moths when we arrived, there was a used bandaid on the dining table, the dishwasher was broken, one of the towels had a huge black grease stain, there were no power points in the main bedroom and the only lamp in the entire apartment was a tiny one in the small bedroom. The overall feel of the apartment was tired & uncomfortable. The beds themselves were extremely hard but the sheets & pillows appeared clean. The pool area in the carpark had no chairs of any kind to sit around the pool. This area of the east CBD also isn’t particularly nice to stay in over the weekend (not the hotel’s fault). Communication with the hotel is infuriating, phone hold times are long and emails don’t get responded to. The only good thing was the guy at the front desk who was very helpful & resourceful.

Property very outdated and old. Simple things like bedside lights not provided as light switches are outside the rooms. TV the size of a laptop screen, in need of a refurb, things hanging off railings. If you want something Cheapish and nasty close to city its ok.

Not allowed to park additional cars had seven guests staying three vehicles in total only allowed to park one car in the secure carpark offered to pay for extra parking was denied this request had to park extra vehicles in public car parks away from the venue.

The property needed a good clean, no cleaning products provided we purchased our own. No basics like cutting boards or sharp knives were provided in the kitchen. Beds in 2nd room were supposed to be single but made up as a queen, this couldn’t be fixed until day 3 of our stay = 2 not very happy teenagers. Reception hours are not as stated on the reception doors. Limited and very tight parking, be prepared to climb out the passenger door. The roof in bathroom was leaking as was the kitchen sink. Reception didn’t seem to phased about the leaks. Best thing about the apartment was we didn’t want to be there so spent as much time as possible out exploring Perth.

We filed a complaint and requested a refund. We walked out after seeing the property. Reception was not willing to help to solve the problem. It’s not like as shown in photos. Bathrooms are unacceptable condition. Wotif is not very transparent in presenting the property online.

The proximity to the Perth Concert Hall was excellent. We were not advised that to access our apartment we needed to catch the lift to the 5th floor and then a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. The parking was extremely limited and only suitable for small vehicles, which we were also not advised about. The table in the apartment was water damaged and badly needs re-sanding and varnishing, and the some of the chairs were damaged and too unsafe to sit on.

The staff were excellent. We had a problem with our washer/dryer. Wayne the maintained man was there within two minutes. When he realised the dryer was broken, he took our washing to the hotel’s dryer and returned it when dry. Very impressed.

Definitely not worth the amount we paid!! Way over priced, Old, outdated, workmanship non existant. Fridge was that loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Cracked basin. Dishwasher not working. Just so badly upkept. And for that price, never again!
