+ Excellent location near the beach + Good hotel rooms and beds + neat and tidy + good shower Small minusses / point for improvements - need earplugs to sleep well (Glad I have them), noisy road & loud door closings - lights from hallway comes into room at night - staff please dim them or even make them movement based - hard to find healthy things with breakfast, no wholegrain bread available, no plain youghurt.

Quaint Hidden Gem

We had a nice clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, fridge, dishes/utensils/kettle. Nice sitting area and a nice clean little porch overlooking the Indian Ocean. Only 5 minutes drive from the ferry to Rottnest which was convenient. Across the street along the water was a pedestrian running/walking path. Highly recommend. Staff was super friendly!
