This is a smart and cool option at the foot of Kings Park. The hotel is styled really well, the reception staff are gracious and accommodating, and the hotel is one of the very few in the area that offers free parking. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I loved my stay here and will make this my base for my future Perth travels.

The Hotel was just remarkable...so close to Perth City. There's also a great cafe/restaurant below the accommodation. Staff at the Riverview were so helpful and lovely. I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful Hotel!

Have stayed here on 3 occasions so can’t be bad but one thing to note is that it’s very near the freeway so is quite noisy at time. It’s an easy walk into the city and Kings Park. Th breakfast/dinner restaurant is excellent but strangely not open on a Saturday evening
