Inside this was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Outside though the driveway was terrible, paved partway with pavers moving in the sand. We got bogged in the sand and needed RAC to get us out, and that was the driveway. The only alternative was to park on a neighbours footpath while construction work proceeded on the site. Not recommended.

Good place on a budget
The place is in a great location and easy to get everywhere. It looks small from the outside but the inside is accurate to photos and feels bigger. The driveway was a big issue for us. From the road to the driveway there's a big sand patch making it unable to drive down even with a city FWD. If your packing light it's not an issue but with 3 suitcases it was inconvenient to carry over the sand to the property and the rental car had to be parked near the road instead on close to the property. It was also inconvenient if you were wearing anything other then sneakers because sand will get in your shoes aswell. We had an issue with the lock but Jim and Dina were responsive to our messages and planed to fix it when we left. Overall it was a very good priced accommodation. Air conditioning, quiet area and a good location. If you are wanting a budget holiday then this is a good option.

Fantastic Location!
My family and I stayed here for just over a week. Had my 1yr old with us to and Jim and Dina were kind enough to provide us with a high chair. The location is absolutely perfect, very central to everything and a short walk to the esplanade and shops. The house was very clean and presentable. It has a self contained kitchen with all your needs so you don’t have to eat out every night. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others 😊

Paving slabs from the drive way Entrance kept shifting every time we drove onto it.
Very comfortable with only a pair of bed linens per bed to use during our stay. (24 nights) Replacing the dining table and chairs including the lounge suite would set this property apart. Ceiling fans require cleaning, apart from our experience, the location wasn't too far away from close family and friends to visit.

It had everything we needed for our stay. There were a few extra guests that chirped in the night and a large cockroach visited. We managed sort them out. We felt that the approach pathway needs some work to be safe for guests.

Wonderful property in a great location. Hosts were very polite and helpful.
Would definitely stay again. Very clean and had everything we needed. And hosts were just a text away if needed any help. Bit of renovation happening at the front but nothing that affected our stay.

Great getaway
Unit was very well equipped with everything needed and more. Getting into unit was a tad difficult and couldn’t use garage - due to sharing a single driveway with other house who had parked their trailer at the front of their side but didn’t really phase us. It was a great home base to explore everything with only a short drive to the city. Beds are double beds not queen as advertised which made for a tight squeeze but they were comfortable. Definately recommend evening/ morning walks along the river which is really close kids loved the park around the corner as well and fishing off the bank. Most likely will stay again

The location of the property provides easy access to the city and other attractions.The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The house itself is functional for a couple or adult, lacks storage in the bedrooms, small bathroom not very suitable for families with young children. Very comfortable unit for a couple. Proximity to freeway both north and south a plus. Also very good shopping strip close by for the everyday essentials. Walks along the river and the Dome at Deep Water Point very enjoyable.

Lovely area !
Nice cosy stay I do think the property needs another bin as we had to share with the other unit and the bin was full on arrival so we had to take a weeks worth rubbish elsewhere! Overall cosy & comfiest couch :)
