Simply the best beach front property in Rockingham.

BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT is a stunning contemporary design, consisting of two separate 3 bedroom luxury aprtments, with SEAGULL occupying the upper and mezzanine levels, and STARFISH located at ground level.

SEAGULL is fully equipped and furnished and has its own independent entry, security system and access to ground level gardens and yard space.

It comprises 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area overlooking a large terrace and the ocean beyond, an upper level mezzanine sitting area/ 4th bedroom, designer kitchen, laundry, main bathroom, ensuite bathroom, powder room and a rear family/games room with pool table.

SEAGULL has expansive north facing glass fronting onto the ocean balcony which can be completely opened up via concertina glass doors to flood the huge living areas with light, air, and the sounds of the sea.

Internally the decor has been carefully selected to complement the muted colours and textures of the beach sands immediately beyond, while externally the colours reflect the vibrant blue of the ocean. With its clean lines, external use of weatherboard and limestone and architectural detailing Bluehaven Beach Retreat truly represents the classic Australian beach house.

SEAGULL is ideal for corporate stays, 'time-out' holidays or family groups with small children. As this is an executive residence, large party gatherings, weddings, school leaver groups or unaccompanied minors are not permitted.

SPECTACULAR BEACHFRONT SETTING

With only The Esplanade road and public boardwalk separating you from the idyllic Palm Beach, this is an absolute waterfront location.

SEAGULL overlooks the sparkling blue waters of Cockburn Sound, Point Peron and Garden Island beyond, enjoying spectacular 180 degree panoramic views from each floor.

The beach is only 40m away, sandy white, exceptionally safe for swimming and a winner of the Best Beach award in Western Australia. The water is sparkling clear and there are fishing jetties nearby. Do not be disturbed by the occasional pod of dolphins that may swim by, they are the locals here and are very friendly!

Enjoy a wonderful holiday at this fabulous location or, if you have to work or travel into Perth, you can commute easily by train direct to the Perth CBD and return for relaxing evenings by the ocean!

SEAGULL is fabulous for either a romantic getaway holiday, or to cater for families or corporate/community groups. As this is an executive residence, school leaver groups or unaccompanied minors are not permitted.

ACCOMMODATION SPECIFICS:

SEAGULL can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests.

Up to 6 persons can be accommodated in 3 x bedrooms and additional bedding for guests is provided via sofa beds in the rear Family Room or upper Mezzanine level.

The Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, walk in robe and private ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have built-in robes and beds that can be configured as either 1 x King-size bed or 2 x single beds, as required.

Seagull has an upper level mezzanine with a great high level view out to the ocean. It can be used as either a quiet sitting room or as an additional 4th bedroom. There are 2 sofa lounges on the mezzanine (one of which can convert to form a double-size bed), plus a single bed - up to 3 persons can be accommodated on the mezzanine level.

Additionally in the rear Family Room there are another 2 sofa lounges which can also be converted to form 2 x double-size beds for up to 4 additional persons,

SEAGULL and/or STARFISH are both available for short or longer term stay within Bluehaven Beach Retreat. The two residences are quite separate - with own entries and security systems - but can be interconnected via an internal stairwell if required for larger family or group bookings.

Home Away From Home

The accommodation is modern, clean, spacious, tasteful with amazing views and fresh air. The location is fabulous (especially when the weather is perfect), with pleasant, easy walking to cafes and shops. Central location with beach across the road
Property is centrally located in Rockingham. Easy walk from the main coffee strip and with the beach across the road. The property was clean and well equipped. Description and photos in listing were 100% accurate. The view from the living area and large deck is great and protected from the summer Seabreeze. Will definitely keep this property on our shortlist for future stays.
