A superb 2 bedroomed short stay holiday apartment with sensational 180 degree ocean views and miles and miles of beach on your doorstep and just a very short stroll to some of Perth's iconic beachside pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Tastefully presented and fully equipped to ensure a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay on Perth's Sunset Coast - surfing, swimming, kite surfing, fishing, boating, golfing etc - it's all here, with a sunset every night too!
Extensive ocean views available from the open plan living room and kitchen and also from both bedrooms. Garage included with remote control door.
Bus stop right outside.
FREE unlimited WIFI

This is a " no smoking and no parties " self catering apartment, so basic consumables are supplied to start you off, but you will need to replenish your own supplies ( toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and liquid, soaps, coffee capsules etc)

Lovely beachside getaway
If you love the beach and the occasional storm watching, this location is the place to be in beautiful north Cottesloe! This lovely flat faces west with unobstructed views of the surf. A great restaurant is located a short walk north and a great local hangouts to the south. I was lucky enough to experience a raging storm over a 3 day period feeling snug and comfortable inside. I had excellent communications with the hostess. Highly recommended!

no contact phone number for owner or Stayze when we could not get in
arrived at 3pm could not open keybox due the new code had noe yet being entered due to the cleaners had not yet cleaned the unit by 3.30 we were starting to panic as we had no way of contacting anyone thyere are no phone numbers on any of the paperwork we had received cleaners arrived at 3.30pm to clean unit and put in new code we had to wait till 4.30pm while they cleaned the unit suggest a contact number be supplied pm

A great place!
This property has the most wonderful view, it’s clean and located close to cafes and restaurants in the Swanbourne and Cottosloe area. The sunsets were stunning and the apartment contained everything, and I appreciated Lesley’s communication and organisation around the high chair, check in etc The only down side for us was our check in being moved back 1.5hrs due to shortage of cleaning staff over the new years period but Lesley did her best to have the cleaners work as quick as possible and arranged a later check out which was helpful. Apart from flat pillows to sleep on, I really cannot fault the place! Thank you for having us Lesley, we will certainly be rebooking with you!

Check In was a Bit Rough
We enjoyed our stay but did get confused about the lock boxes. Ours didn’t work that well. We had to really try many times to get the door to open also. The lock was stubborn. The place itself was nice but we didn’t know that the property didn’t supply toilet paper. There was a shortage of that until we bought some. We did appreciate having ready access to a cup of coffee.

FANTASTIC!
My family of 4 stayed here for one week and enjoyed every single moment. The apartment is clean and comfy and the location can't be beat, with the beach steps away and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view is totally AMAZING! Leslie was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and very patient with our jetlagged selves. An absolute treat to stay here.

Magnificent location
Lovely apartment with the most breathtaking view. Perfect for a morning ocean swim (straight across the road), a short walk for a coffee, and just gazing out at the ocean, the many ships coming and going and the Rottnest lighthouse. Our family loved it, and highly recommend it.

Wonderful accommodation in Cottesloe
The apartment was lovely with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for the two of us. The location was excellent - close to beach and amenities and we loved watching the sunset whilst sitting at the dining table. It was very useful to have the garage and parking space. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen provided and decent beach towels. The bus stop was handy too. The manual provided was very helpful, along with the blue folder in the cupboards. Lesley was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to comments and queries. We are already planning to return.
