This tri-level home offers breathtaking skyline views and stunning twinkling lights of a night time. Situated within the picturesque Perth Hills in the serene suburb of Lesmurdie, this home is a harmonious blend of 70’s charm and modern elegance.

- The residence; this one-of-a-kind residence stands as a testament to innovative design, with its trilevel construction and original psychedelic ceilings on the top level. The house, with its modern interiors, retains its original bespoke character, making it a rare gem in the Perth Hills. The property comprises four bedrooms (three downstairs and one on the middle level) and two bathrooms, plus an extra powder room, offering ample space for comfortable living.
The top story of the home is the highlight of the house, with expansive living space and views from every window.

- Gourmet kitchen and alfresco dining - the residence boasts an expansive kitchen, with ample bench space and equipped with modern appliances; electric oven, a four-burner electric cooktop, fridge and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for short or long stays, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Additional appliances such as a toaster and kettle are also provided. Gather around the breakfast bar or enjoy a meal in the beautiful dining space with its timber table and eight chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is a superb outdoor alfresco entertaining area equipped with barbeque and ten-seater outdoor table, offering the ideal space for hosting gatherings or enjoying intimate family meals.

- The upstairs family room features an electric fireplace and 85 inch Smart Samsung television. Perfect for a cosy family movie night. A DVD player is available or log on to your Netflix account on the smart tv and make popcorn using the popcorn machine. For those who prefer to really embrace the retreat style stay, you can find a range of board and card games and jigsaw puzzles for your use.

- The master bedroom treats you to stunning views from the queen size bed, bedside tables with pendant lamps and a full-length mirror in the adjoining dressing room. The ensuite bathroom features vanity, sink, and walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and there is also a separate toilet. Smart TV affixed to the wall in master.

- The laundry area on the ground floor offers plenty of cupboards and bench space, a front loader washing machine, and a heat pump dryer. Hang clothes either inside using the dedicated hanging space or use the clothesline located against the double garage adjacent to the laundry.

- The Great Outdoors is where the property truly comes to life. A massive grassed area perfect for laying with a picnic blanket, adorns the front of the house. During the summer months, watch quietly at night time as the local kangaroos come to graze on the grass but be careful, they are also very good at fertilizing the lawn too! Follow the outdoor stairs down to your very own bush haven. Perfect for little people to explore. Down this part of the garden, you will also find fruit trees; orange, lemon and grapefruit, producing the most delicious and juicy citrus fruits. Herbs including mint, rosemary, and thyme grow in abundance – guests are welcome to check to see what is in season and enjoy! Out the front of the master bedroom you will find a separate little balcony, perfect for late night or early morning snuggles while watching the world go by. Hidden amongst the bush is also an outdoor shower, boasting both hot and cold water. There is nothing like a steamy hot shower amongst nature if you’re brave enough! A fire pit is also available for those that enjoy roasting a marshmallow on those cold Winter evenings.

- Heating and cooling; Split systems are in the family room, master bedroom and bedroom 2 and 4. The split systems are capable of heating & cooling each space all year round.

Things to Note -
- A gardener maintains the property every 3 weeks. The property is surrounded by trees; leaves are common on the walkways as after our check out clean, the leaves will keep dropping. It is not a cleanliness issue. The property is regularly maintained for spider and pest control but don’t be surprised if you encounter a little critter or two, you are staying in the hills after all!
- This is a tri-level property with balcony. Guests acknowledge and agree to exercise caution when using the property and balcony, including stairs. Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidents or falls from the balcony or any other elevated areas.
- The property has open access to the front of the property with access all around the house. There is an incline at the front of the property along the grassed areas. This is the nature of most hills properties and a part of their beauty. Guests acknowledge and agree to exercise caution when outside. Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidents or falls from the embankment or any other elevated areas.
- Guests assume full responsibility for supervising children while outside and understand that the host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

- Situated in the Perth Hills, our location presents an exciting opportunity to encounter native animals that inhabit the hills. Keep an eye out for quendas, native birds, kookaburras, bobtails, geckos, snakes, spiders and frogs. A genuine appreciation for nature is essential to fully embrace the natural beauty that this retreat graciously provides.
