"Great service, very comfortable clean room which was great after a long days travel. Went to the pool facilities after settling in, very clean and tidy. Only down fall was the smell of male cat urine at the entrance to the foyer to go to our room. It wasn’t there when we arrived but was very strong after going down to our car, there was a cat walking around parking area and must of sprayed the entry and the stench got stronger over time. Not something that could be prevented but the stench was quite off putting."

"Due to needing to stay for business work purposes Major Motors. The room was not that clean, very disappointing especially on hearing so much about it. Not sure if it was cleaned fast by staff but rubbing was left behind the fridge cabinet & also the sofa curtains. The shower area was a bit yuck from the floor having hairs on it so we had to wear out thongs on our feet when having a shower. The aircon on 18 wasn’t even keeping the room cool at all so we barely got any sleep tossed turned all night with heat. The bed had small tiny black things we actually thought it was fleas or bed bugs so that grossed us out. "
