Apartments in Perugia

"Unfortunately the management co. did not address or notify the owner that the bedroom located on the terra piano contained mold and was very damp. Anyone and children should not be sleeping in this area. The mold smell was in the closet areas. Also it was infested with moths but that we could deal with. The owner did newly renovate with a nice bathroom and kitchen located on the first floor but the terra floor without heat and air conditioning is bad for breathing. The thermostat was removed. So...

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"The apartment is clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the center and walking to work at the Università per Stranieri. There were some really hot days and the "penguin" air conditioner cooled the place well. We would come back again with no hesitation!"

No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....
