"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value! "

"This property is a 10/10. The areas were cleaned, service was outstanding, specially from our housekeeper, she had the audacity of fixing my pijama that was already in the trash, she fixed it and hung it back in the bathroom. I would recommend this place anytime. "

"This is hotel is in a great location. Easily walkable to downtown Cusco. The views of the city are amazing and the restaurant offers excellent dining options. We stayed here and visted Machupitchu and rainbow mountain."
