If nothing else is available.
Location is nice but the place is not a hotel so the listing perhaps misleading; it’s an apartment with a large bedroom, toilet and hallway. No kitchen. Clean but very basic. Breakfast was included in the price but it never appeared. I messaged the host about it but he didn’t bother to reply. Can’t recommend.

Alte Stadtvilla, denkmalgerecht renoviert und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, Möbel neu, TV ebenso neu und funktioniert gut. Gastgeber supernett, per Whatsapp und Tel. gut erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, Kaffeeautomat im Zimmer, Saft im Kühlschrank. Riesenbett, warme Decke, Bettwäsche weiß. Schneller WLan im Cafe NAIKO, Bahnhofsnähe. Ruhiges Haus. Nachts, wenn die Stadt schläft, hört man das Meer aus der Weite rauschen. 1 Häuserblock zum Meer, links 300m centre, rechts 300m Ponte del Mar. 1 Häuserblock zum Pause Cafe, bester espresso der Welt. Supermarkt Tigre (Feinkostabteilung ( echt!)/ regionale Erzeugnisse) ebenso. Check-out unproblematisch, Schlüssel in der Zimmertür stecken lassen, da keine Rezeption vorhanden und Haustür von draußen nicht zu öffnen ist. Habe drei sehr erholsame Tage in Pescara verbracht und würde diese Pension immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!
