Not bad.
As someone already wrote on Expedia, the hot water kept cutting out after about 5 minutes. So, you had to turn off the water for about 3 minutes (while body parts stiffened or retreated into your body) until the hot water came back on. Really annoying. But, fabulous bathroom floors - solid wood, non-slip - never seen anything like it before.
The couch in the living room was massively uncomfortable.
There was no coffee machine in the kitchen. But, there was a French press.
The street level door still doesn't close completely. But, the apt. door locks well. Perhaps, a little too well. Even using the key, you feel like you're picking the lock.
The apt. was on the top of a hill, so it was really disappointing after walking up it - there was no view from inside the apartment. Front or back.
