"A well located house with the some issues, the main one being that is was advertised as having a hot tub but the tub was not working and obviously had not worked for a while. This is not reasonable when it has influenced the decision to rent this particular property. The entire lower floor is damp and smells of damp. "Everything about this house is exceptional. Josete was brilliant from booking through to after we left. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded immediately to requests. "La casa es más grande de lo normal con grandes ventanas, la cocina bien equipada y, aunque no tiene jardín, se puede cenar y hacer una barbacoa en el patio detrás. Hay amplio espacio para aparcar. Para los abuelos hay una rampa para entrar en la casa por detrás (con dos escalones), y dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño en la planta baja. El único problema era que los colchones eran bastantes incómodos. El sitio es excepcional, con bonitas playas y la ría de Niembru a unos minutos de pie."

There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

"A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The apartment has everything you could need and is obviously a loved home, it made staying here even more special. Friendly and helpful communications from Felipe throughout made us feel at home. Can't recommend highly enough!"
