"Perfect!!! Very clean and quiet, a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Colombia. Hot tub was warm and ready on arrival. Had fun playing pacman and relaxing, done alot of shopping and eating in Colombia. Had every accommodation we could think of even a hair dryer! (Wife forgot hers). "It is a beautiful place in the woods on Tim's Ford Lake. The host is wonderful. We enjoyed the dock, boats, and fishing, and the grandkids loved the water slide and water toys! "I stayed here while doing some antiquing nearby. It was nicely suited to my needs, which was basically just a place to crash at night and have coffee in the morning! The river nearby is really lovely and the sound of the waterfall is so nice. You will also hear some road noise, just FYI. It's a cozy space but fairly utilitarian. The bed is super comfy but if you like a full pillow, pack your own. Would likely stay again -- it's a solid value. "

"This house was so perfect for our annual book club retreat! Beautiful view, nice dock, porches, plenty of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms (a must for 9+ girlfriends in one place!). Lots of seating for eating and for watching TV. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Justin was very responsive and friendly. Just be sure to bring everything you need for cooking—there were no spices, oil, etc.(not even salt). But plenty of dishes and utensils. We hope to return next year!"

"We arrived and check-in was smooth. We went up to our room and checked it out. The couch looked like someone had been stabbed there with holes all in it. The bed was super squeaky just laying on it so I was up all night when I needed to rest for my surgery I tagged for the following morning. When we checked out I mentioned the couch to the very nice lady and she said they were in the middle of a remodel. I really hope they get better beds than those awful metal platform beds. "
