"Everything about this hotel was on point. The facilities, service, food, kids club. JD the wellness staff member was exceptional and deserves recognition. Because of him we knew all about the hotel, facilities and ability to use the wellness centre at the spa free of charge. Without him we would not have known this. Kids club had kids eat free which was another lovely bonus. Well done Lux a great family holiday had for all the family :-)"

"From being welcomed at the hotel to the final check out the staff were so friendly and went that little bit extra to make sure our stay was an amazing one. The choice of food and drinks were great and we were able to book the speciality restaurants with ease. Pools were great along with the choice of water sports that were included. We would like to say a big thank you to Angele who did a great job in looking after us in the Nirvana part of the hotel and Sheila who kept our room spotlessly clean. Also Klea who made sure we always had a drink in Latitude and Owen who worked at the bar there and also in Jade with his drink recommendations. Bayo also made sure we had food and drinks around the main pool. So a big thank you to these and all others that made our stay as special as it was. Hoping to return in the future. "

It’s the thoughtful details—like cool boxes placed by your sunbed and having it set up for you—that really make a difference. The food has been outstanding across the board, from the à la carte restaurants to the buffet, which offers so much more than a typical buffet experience. "I have been to many places and sugar beach is without doubt the miat relaxing snd most beautiful place i have ever stayed at. The location is stunning, the beach is a stones throw away from the pool. From your chair you can 15 seconds from the pool, beach or bar! The staff are fantastic, food is great. I cannot speak highly enough about Sugar Beach. "
