Petoskey - Enjoy the great outdoors from the Cozy and peaceful cabin!

Come ride the trails out the back door of the cabin! Cozy cabin located on 40 acres surrounded by state land, centrally located between Petoskey, Indian River and Wolverine with direct access to trails. In the south east corner of Emmet county, the cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. 5 beds (4 twin, 1 queen) are located upstairs and are bunk house style with semi privacy. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, hot shower, 50 inch flat screen TV with DirecTV and washer/dryer. Cellular service is good in the upstairs and outside and we now have TrueStream, high speed internet!! There is a covered patio, with a fire pit for nightly campfires, with picnic tables also. Located 13 miles from Petoskey, 20 miles from Boyne City, 8 Miles from Indian River and 20 Miles from Harbor Springs. This cabin is well suited for the outdoor enthusiast, as there are many mushrooms, ORV, hiking opportunities around. Weber lake, which offers trout, bass and bluegill fishing is only 1.5 miles away. Pickeral Lake which offers a swimming area, handicap accessible playground, boat launch and walleye, pike, bass and panfish for the fisherman, just 6 miles away. Burt Lake which offers a boat launch, swimming area, playground, walleye, pike, perch and panfish, just 8 miles away. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Cabin is fully stocked for your convenience. Towels , linens, cooking utensils, firewood etc.

This property is shared with two other rental cabins on the property - 2677074 & 1837085 book them all for a big gathering!

Wonderful stay
We loved staying here for our honeymoon. It’s a quick drive to downtown Petoskey where there is a lot to do. We also enjoyed being tucked back into the woods where we could have a bonfire at night and peace and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great little cabin tucked off the road. We just needed a relaxing weekend and it was easy to do that here. We grilled and enjoyed nature when we weren’t out visiting Petoskey and Lake Michigan, which is about 20 minutes away. We plan on coming back in the future, maybe renting all 3 cabins with family.

Girls weekend trip
We loved this cabin. It was very clean. The beds were comfy...and the couches! We really enjoyed the outside patio and fireplace. The location was also nice since it wasn't too far to get into town (Petoskey). Overall, we had a great weekend......we had lots of fun and were very happy with the cabin! We are already ready to make this a yearly trip!!!!

Peaceful & amazing
This cabin was perfect in every way , as a professional house cleaner, it was very clean , it was Very nicely decorated, it felt very welcoming n homey feel ,which made it very comfortable For us not want to leave ..being secluded by woods top it off ...my kids ( teenagers ) did not want to leave , and already want us to another trip back to stay.. I give the owners 2 thumbs up on such an awesome place , we will definitely be going back and passing the info onto others ...

Great short snowmobile trip
Place was warm and close to the trails. Sleeping arrangements were a little different than I expected but worked out well. The bedrooms are in common area upstairs with walls separating but no doors. No one complained about my snoring so must have been ok

Beautifully appointed master craft cabin in the woods
Mark’s cabin is absolutely fabulous and we recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away in the woods. Beautiful interior woodwork, new carpet and furniture. Very cozy feel with the fireplace and warm wood interior. Plenty of beds upstairs. The cabin is set back from the main road in its own clearing on top of a hill. Many xc ski trails nearby. Mark and his wife gave us lots of tips for exploring the woods near the cabin. We will definitely be back for some R&R!!

Weekend wedding with friends
This property was so clean and nice! It really exceeded our expectations. Everything was also very well maintained. We are from Indiana and we're coming into town for a wedding in Indian River and it was very easy to get there and back. The owner lives nearby so was accessible if needed. The upstairs is bunk house style, which was a lot of fun! We also got to visit with friends we hadn't need in a long time. It rained most of the time we were there but the outdoor seating area looked very nice as well.
