Pool Hours:
The pool is open for use 24/7, Enjoy the pool as you please.

Safety First:
No diving or running around the pool area. Safety is our top priority!

Supervision for Kids:
Children must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.

No Glass:
Please refrain from bringing glass containers near the pool area to avoid accidents.

Swim Attire:
Proper swim attire is required in the pool area.

Quiet Hours:
To ensure a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guest Limit:
A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Penalty will apply.

Pet-Friendly:
Fees apply, well-behaved pets are welcome. Please clean up after them.

Respect for Neighbors:
Be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down.

No Food in the Pool:

Worth every penny!
I can't say enough about this house. The pictures don't give it justice. It's much nicer in person. Plenty of room. We had 7 in our group and plenty of beds. Now about the pool. All I can say is AWESOM! The pool is heated and when I say heated it was hot like a bath. The hot tub is nice but it does make noise when jets are on. I still enjoyed it. The pool is indoors but has sliding dors that lead to the back yard where there is a BBQ pit. If your husband/ boyfriend/ girlfriend love to grill then this is petfect. One little piece of information that is not currently in the pictures listed is a childrens nook shaped like a dollhouse with a small loft. Perfect for kids to play in. You will not regret staying here. The renter Juan is very kind, friendly & hospitable. If you have any special requests he will do his best to accommodate you. My family and I will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan!
