"A fantastic cosy apartment with an incredible view - and direct access to the beach! The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need and more. Just a few steps from the surf club, which had a great surf side cafe for breakfast, and a very good restaurant upstairs, also with amazing views. Sea breeze is a great little find for a beachside getaway so close to Sydney. "

"Delightful stay at a new area in a beloved part of the world. We hadn't stayed on this side of Pearl Beach before despite many visits to the area, and it gives a wonderful new perspective. Graham and Maz were tremendously welcoming hosts and their apartment is beautifully set up to enjoy the experience. Porched on the deck with a glass of white, you could think yourself in the Greek islands - but less than 1.5 hours from Sydney. We'll be back! J&J"

"Was there for 2 minutes before owner of unit above us approached me and was rude, arrogant and borderline verbally abusive because i parked my camry sedan in the allocated parking space. I told him I would move it before he needed to get his car out at 5am.
